missingWrote a review on Dec 12legendary pancake plattercozy ground floor roomgreat staff upgradeinconvenient stairscrowded breakfast area
The pancake platter at breakfast was downright legendary! Loved that I snagged a cozy ground floor room with a fully stocked fridge and coffee maker—perfect for a late-night snack. Plus, the staff really went the extra mile when they upgraded us to a more accessible room! Big thumbs up for making life easier.
On the flip side, navigating without an elevator while juggling bags was a bit of a pain. I attempted to grab breakfast, but the lines were like something out of a popular diner—the kind that has folks waiting 45 minutes just to get a cuppa! So, I didn’t even get to see what delicious treats awaited me.

No elevator access. navigating stairs with luggage was inconvenient. Breakfast area often overcrowded, leading to long wait times for food and utensils. Room bathroom lacked shelving for toiletries and towel racks. minimal attention to cleanliness in corners, which could use improvement.

9/10
This here spot was just what we needed. Clean rooms an’ comfy beds made us feel right at home. Breakfast had enough choices to get ya goin’ in the mornin’, though it could last a bit longer. Feelin’ the warm welcome from the staff was a cherry on top, even if we did miss a few good breakfast bites.

The friendly front-desk team made check-in a breeze, having my room keys ready upon arrival. The location near Sarnia harbor is perfect for a scenic walk to the town center or the Bluewater bridge in just 15-20 minutes. My room was clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious fridge and an excellent shower. Breakfast offered nourishing options like bacon and eggs, although I appreciated the need for better presentation. It felt a bit chaotic, especially with plastic cutlery and paper plates. One inconvenience was the lack of an elevator. I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor, which might be a hassle for some. The mobile phone data connection wasn’t great either, but the local Wi-Fi worked just fine. It would be nice if the breakfast extended to 10 am on weekends. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but could see improvements in the breakfast area and the elevator situation.

The King Room was clean and had a great shower, but carrying luggage up the stairs was quite inconvenient.

The location by the water was stunning for our family with adult children. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen in the suite. Enjoyed some grilling on the BBQ, making it feel like a home away from home.
For dads, it would be great if the breakfast hours were longer.

Can't recommend highly enough for a transient stop
Comfortable room, convenient location, great breakfast, with a well-stocked fridge and coffee maker that made my stay enjoyable, and it was also just a short drive from the nearest airport for added travel ease.

I was really grateful for the helpful guy at the front desk who upgraded me to a more convenient ground floor room since I was using crutches. it made my stay so much easier! The hotel also has this great outdoor seating area along the river where I could unwind with a good book. A cozy little garden spot. The only downside was the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, but it didn’t take away from how nice my stay was! 😊
